'My name is Juliane Tavares and for the past 3 years I have worked in the catering department as a Chef. I have enjoyed working in the catering industry for 18 years (making me realise the years go by very quickly!).
My background is Italian (which probably explains where the love for food came from) and was born in Brazil. I am very passionate about good food.
As a hobby, I like to spend time with my family, walking, cycling or play board games. I like to read and over the past year I have become passionate about studying about Nutrition - how a good diet can affect our body and life'.
