Denstone College offers exceptional value for money for both day and boarding places. As part of our commitment to boarding, flexibility is the keynote of our packages, all of which are tailored to meet the needs of modern family life. We offer full boarding, weekly boarding and flexi boarding.

Weekly Boarding 2024/25
Weekly boarding is offered to all pupils and consists of five nights, usually Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, in consultation with the Head of School.
There is the option for occasional boarding subject to availability at a cost of £68.00 per night, again in discussion with the Head of School. Weekly boarding is available to new and current pupils.

Payments of School Fees and Extras
The prompt payment of School Fees is integral to the smooth running of the College.
Methods of payment include:
Direct Debit
If you have a UK bank account, fees can be collected, interest free, by Direct Debit through School Fee Plan.
Ten collections will be made in equal instalments, 1st August through 1st May.
*Credit is subject to status, affordability, terms and conditions apply. Over 18s only. Failure to keep up with your repayments could result in your agreement being cancelled.

Fees in advance
We welcome enquiries about paying fees in advance and ask that you contact Finance to advise your requirements and receive a quote.
Termly lump sum
The full amount of the termly invoice is due, as cleared funds, on or before the first day of term.

Cash
We do not accept cash payments.
Late Payments
A late payment surcharge of 2% will be applied if fees are not paid on time. Parents will be notified by email or letter to bring their account up to date.
If fees still remain unpaid they are referred to the Chair of the Credit Committee.
If any part of the fee remains unpaid by the first day of half-term, the College reserves the right to refuse to re-admit the pupil and the amount unpaid will remain legally due and payable. Parents shall also be liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by the College in the recovery of any unpaid fees, regardless of the value of the claim.
Extra
Extras will currently be billed separately, usually in arrears, except for trips. We are reviewing options for on-line tools to improve our service offering.
Funds received will be applied to the earliest balance on the account. Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increase from time to time.
Additional Costs Summary
Siblings
We offer a sibling remission of 10% for a third child and 15% for a fourth+. This discount remains valid whilst all of the siblings are attending the school and the remission will be adjusted as older siblings leave.
