Millie has worked extremely hard in her school netball, attending extra morning sessions and activities. Her dedication at her new club, school and Staffordshire U15 Netball Academy has paid off with her being selected as one of only 20 athletes in the Under 14 Manchester Thunder squad.
This gives Millie the opportunity to play against other Franchises like Loughborough Lightning and Wasps Netball, providing her with priceless experience and match-day scenarios. Millie is striving to be selected for all of the competition matches and hopes to challenge other players for a starting 7 position. Millie is determined to work on her tactical awareness at WD and thrives to be the best mid-court player in every training session, showing excellent skills, technical understanding and positional responsibility.
Denstone College is very proud of Millie’s achievement and we will support her journey as an elite athlete.
