It was fantastic to see our Director of Cricket, Mr Simon Guy, representing the MCC for the North, Northeast team at Lords last week for the Men’s Regional T20 Finals Day.
The North, Northeast team previously beat Scotland MCC in Edinburgh to make it to the Finals Day, with Simon Guy making 45 off 30 balls.
Mr Guy said ‘It was great to be able to play at the home of cricket. I would like to thank Denstone College for allowing me the opportunity to have the time off to play, it truly was a fantastic few days of cricket’.
