At the end of the summer term Liv, Bruce and Ceithin qualified for the UKMT Junior Kangaroo, which is a follow on from the Junior Maths Challenge.
This is typically the top 10% or so from the initial challenge who qualify, Denstone entered 46 students this year. Liv achieved a Merit (97/135) in the kangaroo which is the highest award level and puts her in the top 2.5% of participants in the country. Bruce and Ceithin both did brilliantly to qualify and received participation certificates.
