Newsletter from the Head – Week 5
Dear Parents and Guardians
Our exam season is well and truly underway and I wish to congratulate our pupils on the manner in which they have set about this understandably difficult period. As ever, a spell of good weather has allowed us to really make the most of the Summer Term and all the benefits of long evenings, blue skies and happy children!
Thank you for your engagement in all school events and I look forward to seeing many of you next week in the audience of ‘Beauty and the Beast’ – an exciting culmination of months of hard work from the 72-strong cast!
Catering
Following extensive review and consultation, we are delighted to invest in our catering provision here at Denstone College. From September 2023, new menus alongside a state-of-the-art new servery will enhance the catering provision for all of our community. Our student council have been instrumental in providing feedback in this area of school life and our catering team have enjoyed the opportunity to really showcase what they can do. We look forward to sharing some imagery and plans in due course. This is a particularly exciting proposition and I trust that everyone will feel a real sense of progress in our provision in this important area for the start of the new school year.

Talk Education Review of the College and The Prep
Last term, independent school reviewers Talk Education visited Denstone College to give an honour review of both Denstone College and The Prep at Denstone College. These have now been published and can be found below:
