Introducing Captain of Heywood, Oscar.
Firstly we would like to congratulate Oscar on his appointment as the 1st XV rugby Captain
Oscar says ''I have been at Denstone for 6 years now and have enjoyed every year. I have loved having the number of opportunities in an array of different things that I can explore and do that I never would have anywhere else such as skiing, different sports, question time, drama shows and music performances. I am currently taking business, biology, psychology and sport and hope to read physiotherapy at university. I would love to be able to use this for a sporting environment like rugby which I have as a hobby and I currently play for the Leicester Tigers Academy and have represented the college 1st XV''.
Oscars Head of House, Mrs Jones says ''Oscar is a kind young man, who excels in sport and has the charisma to be a fantastic leader for Heywood''.
