Denstone College Prefects' Dinner 2018

This year’s Prefects’ Dinner was held in the Dining Hall on Friday 25 May

The Upper Sixth prefects were joined by the Headmaster and Mrs Derbyshire, Heads of House, and a number of staff. This was an opportunity for staff to thank the year group for their support and positive contribution, particularly in their Sixth Form years. It was also a chance for the pupils to reflect on their time at Denstone and the friendships they have made. 

There were seven speeches, made by the six House Captains and House captain of Moss Moor, and this year the Dinner was followed by a comedy video and a collection of amusing clips of the Sixth Form pupils, made during their time at the College.

As the pupils head off for Study Leave and the final days of revision before A level exams, they can look back on a great Prefects’ Dinner.
