Congratulations to our Denstone College nominated for The Forty Club Trophy National 

Congratulations to our Denstone College cricketers who have been nominated as the winners of The Forty Club Trophy National Award. This is an incredible achievement and a credit to our pupils and their coach.

The College were initially nominated as the 2024 district winners in the East Midlands which was an equally fantastic achievement.  

This prestigious cricket award recognises sportsmanship, performance and skills, individuals and the team, and alongside those categories The Forty Club also consider behaviour on and off the field and general turnout.

At Denstone, we have an extensive cricket programme noted for its quality fixtures, coaching, and strong performances, which no doubt contributed to the success in securing this award.

The College won the regional award back in 2013 and this is the first time we have won the national award, well done to everyone that took part, you should all be extremely proud.
