Denstone Pupils Attend University of Surrey Seminar

Pupils from the Sixth Form attended an informative seminar focused on studying at the University of Surrey.

The talk was given by Surrey’s UK/EU Student Recruitment Officer, Laura Connaway. Laura discussed the variety of courses on offer as well as the accommodation, societies, nightlife and restaurants.

Two of our pupils who attended today’s seminar have been offered places to the University of Surrey next year, so this gave them a great opportunity to ask questions and gain further insight into life at the University.

We hope that this seminar gave all of our pupils a head start in choosing the right university.
