Susannah says ''Outside of school, I've loved playing rugby for several years, representing both Burton RFC and Staffordshire in competitive fixtures. The highlight of this was making it to the national quarter-finals with my club back in 2019. In addition to this, I enjoy playing hockey and netball at school, which I've participated in since joining the College in the First Form.

Now, being a member of the sixth form, I study business, economics, and maths, but am still weighing up options regarding my career path once I leave Denstone, potentially doing an economics or business related degree at University, or an apprenticeship. I'm currently undergoing some work experience in accounting, to try and aid my decisions in respect of my education/work post-A Levels. I've always loved being a member of the College, mostly due to the sense of community felt in all aspects of the school, and the opportunities that have been provided to me in the past six years, giving me great confidence in where I am today''.

Head of House, Mr Green says ''Susannah has been a loyal member of Woodard since the First Form and embodies Woodard House spirit, always keen to get involved in all events and activities. With her consistently high academic and sporting performance, combined with leadership potential and an affable nature, we are very excited to have her as Woodard House Captain for this year''.
