Cultural Exchange 

This week, we had the privilege of hosting pupils and staff from Changyao Primary School in Beijing. These students joined lessons and activities alongside our Prep 5, Prep 6, and First Form pupils. It has been a truly enriching experience, and we have thoroughly enjoyed this cultural exchange. We wish our friends from Changyao Primary a safe journey home and hope to see you again in the future.

Hi Denstone College,

Thank you very much for the warm hospitality from the teachers and the students of Denstone school for a whole week. During our stay in the UK, our group of 35 people was welcomed by your school, teachers, and students, who were particularly caring and helped us to quickly adapt to life and learning here.

To begin,the teachers and students of the school are very friendly and enthusiastic, infecting us with warm smiles and words.

Then,the design of the entire event is very humanized, allowing us to fully experience the school's educational philosophy - fully respecting children, guiding students with appropriate and personalized methods, and releasing their natural instincts. These activities (especially letting children play in nature, run and roll in the mud) are something we don't see in Chinese schools.

After that,the school places great importance on etiquette education for children, lively yet still maintaining good manners.

Finally,the school meals are delicious, and each meal is prepared with care, making us very happy.

This event has made us feel the school's attention and thoughtfulness towards us. We are particularly grateful for the care and concern from the school leaders, teachers, and students. We are very happy to have participated in this event.

In addition, we hope that next time the children can stay closer (the daily commute is a bit long, and the children feel tired), and that some network facilities can be added to the dormitories to make communication more convenient.

Lastly, we hope to continue to cooperate in conducting such events in the future. Thank you very much for everyone's support and cooperation.
