All our fresh produce is locally sourced, which not only supports local farmers but also offers fresher and more nutritious meals.
Sustainability is at the fore front of all we do, so much so, we embrace our roles in educating our students about food and food waste; our diverse menus provide opportunity to try new things and we are conscious of our impact on our planet.
